SHE'S ROYAL is an extremely well maintained vessel my a caring owner and licensed Captain. 

During the course of his ownership he carefully maintained all vessel systems and invested in many improvements and upgrades; Some of the most recent are:

1) New AC chiller (2022);  2) New bow thruster motor & rebuild;  3) Sunroof rebuild & new canvas soft top; 4) Teak & holly vinyl floor;   5) Volvo engine maintenance (JAS Marine);   6) Panda generator maintenance, new charger and battery;  7) New exterior speakers;   8) New engine bilge sump; 9) New Fish Finder; 10) Starlink; 11) N.4 new TVs, 12) New A/C, 13) New full aft deck canvas cover, 14) New refrigerators; 15) New bow sun pads 

The VIP cabin forward and the master cabin aft, each with independent bathrooms are separated by a galley and dinette at midship. 

The cockpit is shaded by a retractable soft top that can also be opened fully, transforming this family "do it all cruiser" in an authentic open top. 

The hydraulic swim platform where the tender is located converts into a convenient platform to get in and out of the water.

Port and Starboard engines have 750 hours and the Fisher Panda Generator 1,100 hours.

She's Royal is monitored by a yacht management company that provides weekly checks, maintenance to all systems, diver monthly hull clean ups and regular wash, polish and waxing. 

She is ready for her next owner. All reasonable offers will be considered.
