The Silverton 42 Convertible offers incredible accommodations with luxurious appointments. A wide hardtop-crowned flybridge provides plentiful seating and storage. The command helm provides good visibility and the controls are at the captain's fingertips. The unique molded steps are great for accessing the bridge - no more ladders to bump those knees. The cockpit is tournament ready, and with the addition of the optional Fish-Pac, owners can outfit the 42 to the gunnels. The split head and shower arrangement make cleaning up easy.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Spacious carpeted salon with large windows on all sides, Ultra-Leather U-shaped dinette, Ultra-Leather convertible settee, coffee table, hanging locker, entertainment center with 20" TV/DVD and Bose AM/FM/CD stereo system. There is a clever, overhead concealed rod storage compartment.
The forward stateroom has a centerline queen size bed with inner spring mattress, storage drawers and 2 hanging lockers. Port side second stateroom has a double berth with inner spring mattress, storage drawers and a hanging locker. The roomy head compartment is to starboard and contains a Vacu-Flush toilet, sink with vanity, cabinets and Corian countertops. The separate roomy shower compartment is located on the port side. The large galley is down to starboard and features Amtico hardwood flooring, Corian countertops, a two burner electric stove, microwave/convection oven, two under-counter refrigerator/freezers, and abundant storage drawers and cabinets. It is a bright and airy interior with rich cherry cabinetry throughout. There are carpet runners and a central vacuum system.
