Gallivant Vessel Walkthrough

Main Exterior Decks:

As you walk up to Gallivant you notice that she is not your ordinary 86' Motor Yacht. Her sleek styling and high volume give the feeling of a much larger vessel. Boasting over 21' in her beam, bring her into the class of a 100' yacht. Boarding is done mid-ship through a wide boarding gate. Upon boarding you are greeted by large salon windows and beautiful teak decks. Making your way to the aft deck you will notice the generous width of the walk around side decks aboard Gallivant. Arriving at the aft deck you will notice an extremely well-arranged area. A couch, teak table, and chairs are recessed into
the transom providing a large area between her aft deck seating and the salon entry. Port side of the aft deck are integrated stairs leading to the flybridge as well as built in engine controls for docking. Starboard side of the aft deck are built-in ice maker and sink. Aft, on the aft deck to port and starboard are stairs leading to the tender platform and crew quarters. Walking forward to the bow, you come upon a large area with raised forward facing seating with teak table and sunpad with built-in loungers. This is a fabulous observation area while cruising.

Moving back to the aft deck and up the stairs to the flybridge. When you come upon the bridge you immediately notice a well thought out bridge deck. The forward 2/3's of the bridge deck is covered by a hard top with an opening center to provide sunlight or star gazing. To port you have a walk behind bar with bar stools on opposite side. The bar is appointed with ice maker, refrigerator, grill, and cooler box built into the bar. Starboard of the bar is a u-shaped couch and large teak table. Forward of the bar and couch is the helm area and observation seating. Aft on the bridge is a large open area with sunlounges. Also, there is an automatic sunshade that's built into the hard top if you desire shade in this area.

Salon/Dinning:

The salon/dinning is accessed from the aft deck through half moon shaped pocketing sliding glass doors. The doors pocket behind the aft salon bulkhead. This provides a seamless entertaining area between the aft deck and salon. There were several layouts offered for the salon/dining on the 86
Sunseeker. The layout on Gallivant allows access port and starboard through the salon around the couches and dining table. This allows for an unobstructed traffic patten. There are two couches in the salon, one port and one starboard. Coffee tables are situated in the center of the salon and two lounge chairs are facing aft and two facing forward between the couches. The entertainment center is located behind the forward two lounge chairs in a custom cabinet that contains the salonTV. The TV is on a lift and is hidden within the cabinet when not in use. The cabinet also provides a nice separation between the dining table and the salon. Forward of the salon is a large marble dining table for eight. To the starboard of the dining table is a floor to ceiling sliding glass door that provides ample sunlight and fresh air into the room if desired. To port of the dinning table is a large custom wet bar with ice maker, wine cooler, and marble counter top. Forward of the wet bar is a pocketing door that provides access into the galley. This is a great location for the crew to access the dining area as well as salon discretely. On the starboard side of the dining table there is a hallway leading to the owner and guest cabins, day head, and galley lounging area.

Galley/Lounge/Lower Helm:

Moving forward from the salon and dining, via starboard corridor. You come upon a large open lounge area. This area features a large L-shaped raised dinette to port, lower helm station with two captain chairs to starboard, bar with barstools, galley observation area, and day head. The galley observation area can be closed off if desired for privacy. This area is a fantastic multi-purpose area for owners and crew. Additionally, this area is surrounded by large windows which provide an abundance of natural light as well as offer great views of your surroundings. Forward there is a staircase to the vessels VIP stateroom and to aft and port is access into the galley. There are pantograph doors port
and starboard for deck access. This allows crew access to this area without passing through the salon/dining area.

Owner and Guest Cabins:

There are four extremely large owner and guest cabins aboard Gallivant. Three are located mid ship just forward of the dining area. They are accessed by an extremely wide stair case that leads you to a beautiful foyer area. The primary cabin is located forward in the foyer area. The location of this stateroom is ideal for sound reduction as it's far removed from the vessels mechanical room. The room is full beam with large hull side windows. The king size bed is located center lined on the forward bulkhead. On the aft bulk head is a large entertainment center containing AV equipment and large flat screen TV. The bath is accessed on the port side of the bed and is appointed with beautiful white and gray veined marble on the floor and walls. Starboard side of the bed there is a large walk-in closet. There is an abundant amount of drawer storage as well throughout the stateroom. Aft of the primary cabin are two identical staterooms port and starboard. The staterooms are oversized and have private baths within. The staterooms can be arranged in a twin bed layout or you can combine the beds to make a king beds within the staterooms. The bath areas are oversized and have walk-in showers. They also are appointed with beautiful white and gray veined marble on the floors and walls.

VIP stateroom is located forward in the vessel and accessed via a staircase in the lounge area. This stateroom is more like a second master than a traditional VIP. There is a center lined queen birth, large hull side windows, walk-in-closet, and oversized bath with walk-in shower. The bath is appointed with white and gray veined marble on the floor and walls.

Crew Quarters/Engine and Mechanical Area:

The crew quarters are located in the transom and are accessed from the tender platform. Within the crew quarters there is a large foyer area that accesses two crew staterooms that contain two bunks per room. The crew foyer also contains a crew galley, washer and dryer, and a single head and separate shower. Forward of the crew is access into the engine and mechanical room. The majority of the ship systems are contained in this area. This allows ease of access to service ship systems without entering the vessels interior.
